Lost & Broken Policy

Lost & Broken Glasses policy applies.

  1. All glassware will be counted and inspected before and after each event by the event team. Upon delivery, the client, or the person in charge, will sign a document confirming the number of glasses delivered.
  2. The client will be responsible for the cost of any lost or broken glassware during the event, provided that the number of broken or missing glasses is 4 or more.
  3. The client will be notified of any lost or broken glassware within 2 working days of the event’s completion
  4. If 4 or more glasses are lost or broken during the event, the cost of those glasses will be added to the final invoice.
  5. The cost of each broken or lost glass is £4 plus VAT.
  6. If any glassware is broken during the event, the event team will dispose of the broken glassware in a safe and responsible manner.
  7. The Cocktail Lab staff is responsible for the safety of the guests during the event.
  8. If the client wishes to use their own glassware for the event, they must inform the event team in advance. The event team is not responsible for any lost or broken client-provided glassware
  9. The Cocktail Lab reserves the right to charge a fee for any missing or damaged glassware that is not covered by the client’s deposit or final invoice, provided that the number of broken or missing glasses is 4 or more.
  10. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the event company for any loss or damage caused by the client’s negligence or intentional acts during the event.
