*VAT – All prices are excluding VAT. VAT does apply to an event where we are providing the full setup mobile bar

*PAY for your event in full to secure your reservation (by BACS or credit/debit card – there is a 3% surcharge for card payments). We operate on a first come first serve basis so only once you’ve paid your 50% deposit is your event confirmed in our calendar. The balance is due 20 days prior to your event.

*CANCELLATION FEE – We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £200+vat if we are not notified within 30 days about your event not going ahead.

*GLASSWARE BREAKAGES DEPOSIT – A refundable fee will be applied to your invoice (if applicable)
